The watch is based on the Rolex Daytona Ref.116520, which is the previous model with a stainless steel bezel, and then injected with the blue soul. The surface is midnight blue, and the bezel is replaced with bakelite gum, the color is also midnight blue. I think the most unique thing is that the three chronograph dials are painted with a touch of sky blue. The color is lighter and softer, which looks very charming and visually fresh, and it also matches the midnight blue surface harmoniously.

In addition to changing the bezel, Artisans de Genève also replaced the watch with “Millerighe” chronograph buttons and removed the original crown guard, making the overall retro style stronger.

Another feature of this “Shades of Blue” is that the original sealed case back is replaced with a sapphire crystal case back, which shows the Rolex’s usually hidden automatic winding movement, and Artisans de Genève has “dyed the automatic rotor blue” to make the watch more distinctive.
