Omega Seamaster Diver 300m America’s Cup Chronograph

Just like high-speed foil athletes fighting to win the world’s oldest trophy, this special edition created specifically for the event boasts a host of innovations.

The verdict of the Challenger Final has been announced. The Italians who beat INEOS Team UK’s Luna Rossa team will have the chance to face the New Zealand champions at this year’s America’s Cup, which will take place from 6 to 21 March in Auckland Bay. OMEGA, the Official Timekeeper of this 36 thousandth edition, once again presents the Seamaster Diver 300m America’s Cup Chronograph. Designed for competition, this timepiece is built around a solid 44mm diameter steel case, water-resistant to 300 meters and has everything it needs to resist strong pressure and any expansion. The white enamel diving scale on top of the blue ceramic unidirectional bezel ensures perfect readability in any light conditions, as do the large skull sword hour and minute hands and the circular hour markers, all coated with Super-LumiNova®. The pushers for measuring short cycle times feature rubber for molding, which provides a soft touch. The chronograph lock system in the middle of the case prevents accidental use of the chronograph function.

The wave-shaped watch dial stands out with the totalizer and features a regatta countdown timer. This timer and all functional time data are driven by the Omega 9900 automatic movement (60-hour power reserve).

The diving watch is delivered as a gift set with a rubber strap and a metal bracelet, both equipped with a quick-change system.
