Omega Seamaster Series Terrestrial Small Seconds, Between Land and Sea

This highly versatile watch symbolizes the perfect balance between sportiness and elegance, and is offered in two sizes by the Biel-based watchmaker, now featuring a small seconds counter at the bottom of its dial.

With a case adapted for water sports and built to withstand diving to a depth of 150 meters, the elegant dial displays the elements of time and can be worn on land or at sea. To emphasize its status as a versatile watch, it now features a small seconds counter at the bottom of its dial. For the Biel-based watchmaker, this was an opportunity to offer the new Seamaster Aqua Terra small seconds models in two sizes, 41 mm and 38 mm in diameter, including certain models adorned with precious materials.

The larger of the two models, available in two variants in Sedna, four in stainless steel and one combining the two metals, is equipped with the Omega 8916 Master Chronometer calibre, an automatic movement offering a 60-hour power reserve. The dial, with its triangular indices and dauphine-style hands, plays with contrast by presenting the famous horizontal “teak” pattern. It’s a sailboat-like pattern that evokes the deck of a yacht, with a minute track on a grey or blue, white, blue or beige background. The small seconds, including the date at 6 o’clock, use the same color combination.

Almost a small collection in itself, this 38mm watch features ten references, two of which are in Sedna ticker gold. They feature dials in violet jade or white mother-of-pearl, and come with bezel settings. Four of them are in two colors, including a gorgeous pastel mint dial, and four are in steel with champagne or dark green tones, powered by the Omega 8803 automatic movement. As for the latter, they are powered by the Omega 8802 automatic movement. Here, the hour markers are either set with round diamonds or in gold and mother-of-pearl, and the ovoid shape resembles the hull of a sailboat seen from the sky. The small seconds are leaf-shaped, and the date window is round, adding softness.
