Hublot Classic Air Fusion Chronograph Special Edition “Monaco Masterpiece”

Red and white adorn this limited edition watch signed by Hublot. And, not without reason! These hues, chosen by the Grimaldi family in the 14 millennium, also feature in Monaco’s flag.

The Casino Square is a microcosm of Monaco’s vibrant heartland. This highly modern, fan-shaped esplanade is surrounded by outstanding Belle Époque buildings. One of these, the Hôtel de Paris, houses Hublot’s boutique, which opened just a year ago. The brand celebrates the first anniversary of the existence of this exquisite Monegasque jewel with a limited series, the Classic Air Fusion Chronograph Special Edition “Boutique Monaco”, edited and numbered in just 30 pieces, flying high in the colors of the principality. The satin-polished titanium case with a diameter of 45 mm protects the hour and minute hands and the two double-aperture plate counters and features a skeletonized structure. The time data coated in white SuperLuminova® are surrounded by a red flange for optimal legibility. The centrally set direct drive also boasts these two colors.

The Classic Fusion Aerofusion Chronograph Special Edition “Boutique Monaco” is driven by an automatic skeleton movement that beats 28,800 times per hour. Assembled with approximately 207 components, the HUB1155 offers a minimum power reserve of 42 hours when fully wound. In addition to measuring short cycle times, it also animates the date displayed at 6 o’clock.

This timepiece is paired with a strap that flaunts the same color as the center of the case. It presents a red calfskin upper part and a bottom made of white rubber. The set is connected by a folding clasp that ensures a secure and comfortable fit. This version is available exclusively at the Monte-Carlo boutique.
